Chef Emily Rue has been providing Simply Delicious gourmet meals and services for over 30 years. Chef Rue is a certified executive chef from the American Culinary Federation. She is also certified in Sanitation and is a certified Maricopa County Food Service Manager.
She specializes in a wide variety of healthy dishes with a menu of over 400 items to choose from: all made from finest and freshest ingredients. For those who are health conscious, Chef Rue is also an expert in Nutrition and Herbs and is able to serve an array gourmet dishes for people with special dietary needs or for those who prefer to eat healthy. Some of her clients have experienced successful weight loss, and have lowered their cholesterol by 85 points.

Chef Emily Rue’s career began over 30 years ago when she started working with her father in the restaurant business. In 1985, she opened a bakery and catering business in Farmington, NM until 1992 at which time she moved to the Phoenix, AZ area.
Chef Rue came to Phoenix to study at the famous Scottsdale Culinary Institute (SCI). She graduated from SCI in 1993 and continued operating her Farmington catering business. In 1995 Emily started Simply Delicious Personal Chef and Catering Services in the Phoenix area.
Ever since the inception of Simply Delicious, Chef Rue has followed her passion of preparing healthy gourmet meals with the finest and freshest ingredients. Her background in Nutrition and Herbology has enabled her to present clients with special dietary needs gourmet meals of all kinds. She has expanded her services to include Personal Chef Services, Dinner Parties, Wedding Services, High Teas, Cooking Classes, Candy Making and much more.
