Chef Rue’s High Teas are an exquisite occasion. She provides her own antique china and serves an elegant selection of scones, sandwiches, delicious desserts and an assortment of the finest teas. Personal Chef

Reduce your daily stress with your own personal chef. Chef Rue will prepare gourmet dinners from an extensive menu of over 400 items to choose from. Vegetarian, low fat, organic and special diets are also available. When meals are delivered, you will receive homemade dessert, bread, fresh vegetables and salad. Cooking Classes

In addition to providing fabulous gourmet meals in your home, Chef Rue also enjoys sharing her knowledge of preparing fine food with others. She regularly provides cooking classes held at Williams Sonoma (Scottsdale and Chandler) and Kitchen Classics (Phoenix). She also hosts seminars on “Nutrition in the Fast Lane”.
